Prices Include :

The cost of the apartment based on arrivals between 4 and 8 p.m. on Saturdays through until 9 a.m. of the following Saturday:The cost of all electricity, water and gas consumed.

Use of the swimming pool and all facilities

Not included in the price, but to be paid on arrival:
- A €150 deposit per apartment
- heating costs for the studio and 2 roomed flat at €7 per day, for the 3-roomed flat with one bathroom, €12 per day, 3 rooms with two bathrooms or the 4 roomed flat costs €12 per day
- cot €5 per day
- extra bed, €10 per day,
- dogs €4 per day

Payment conditions:

upon confirmation of the booking is required a 30% down payment (bank transfer or postal orderor credit card) the balance will be paid upon arrival in cash or credit cards. For cancellations within 60 days before the start mode of stay will be refunded the amount paid, net of bank charges.
